Data access and deletion requests
You can request access to or deletion of records associated with Vakit Satranç.
How to request
Email a request Include the request type (access or deletion), your player display name and, if available, your player ID. Do not send passwords, identity documents, payment details or signing keys.
Data scope
We will examine any identifiable server-side player and match records. Local records can generally be cleared through device app-data controls or app removal. Data processed by advertising providers may have separate privacy controls.
Handling
We will explain any verification needs, the scope of available deletion and applicable legal retention exceptions. Requests are received by email and relevant player records are reviewed after appropriate verification. This web page does not itself provide an automatic in-app deletion function. We will communicate the scope and outcome of the request; applicable statutory response deadlines and rights remain in effect.
Records belonging to a third party will not be disclosed without appropriate verification.
