Privacy Policy

This policy describes game, online-service and advertising data that may be processed by Vakit Satranç. Features vary by app version and user choices. You can contact us to request access to or deletion of your data.

1. App and contact

2. Data categories

The app may store preferences, progress, virtual gold/rewards and local match history on your device. For online matches, player IDs, display names, avatars, time controls and chess moves may be sent to the server. Technical connection and diagnostic data may be processed to operate and secure the service.

3. Advertising and consent

Depending on the app version, Google AdMob and Google User Messaging Platform (UMP) may be used. When advertisements are enabled, Google and advertising partners may process device identifiers, advertising identifiers, consent choices and ad-related technical information under applicable settings and local requirements. Test builds may display test ads. Consent and advertising privacy controls depend on the app version and applicable regional requirements. See Google's Privacy Policy.

4. Online services

Online play and matchmaking may use Cloudflare-based services. They may process player and gameplay information to operate matches, maintain leaderboards and prevent abuse.

5. Purposes and sharing

Data may be used to deliver gameplay, record progress, troubleshoot issues, prevent abuse and—subject to consent and applicable settings—support advertising. Service providers such as Google and Cloudflare may process data in other countries, subject to applicable legal requirements.

6. Retention and deletion

Local data may be stored within the app on the device. Server retention can vary by record type and service requirements. On request, we review identifiable records and explain what can be deleted and any legally required retention. We do not guarantee instant or automated deletion. Removing the app may not delete server-side records. See Data Requests.

7. Rights and audience

Depending on your region, you may have rights to information, access, correction, deletion or objection. Age eligibility and advertising restrictions are governed by the app's store declarations and applicable platform rules.
